So last week we decorated for Christmas! It was spread out over a few days. One day was buying our tree, the next day was getting our decorations out, the third day was actually putting the tree together and decorating! Shew, we got it done and it looks lovely, and puts me in such a festive mood whenever I come home and the tree is lit, the heat is on and our candle is lit and J has the Christmas tunes on :)

Up and lit! Our 6ft pre-lit (multi-colored) $30 tree from Target! Oh how we love you! You bring such joy to our lil apartment with your sweet glow :)

Our skirt we got at Kohl's for $15. However the tree on the carpet was a little wobbly so we rigged it by putting some plastic bags full of golf balls over the stand thing, under the skirt. The cats have both picked up on this but fortunately, the tree still stands, a week later :) But they still like to inspect and stick their heads under there.

Our bookshelf, the most adorned piece in our house. Our three little candle snowmen that will always be decoration and probably never lit they are just too cute. And the Christmas bears we got on our honeymoon!
My snowmen that I bought at a little shop near my apartment back in NYC. They've lasted a while! I love them!
Our tree all done up - well shoot, that was before we decorated it. I get anxious lol. 14ish weeks pregnant :)
We decorated it later of course, and ran out of hooks, so finished the tree officially the next night. I will have to get a pic of the finished product up!
