Groceries

So Sunday was spent clipping coupons and hitting up the Wal*Mart, Barnes&Noble (for browsing purposes)and the Kroger. Kroger was the "big event". We're always cruising for deals and we hit the nail on the head there! If you buy 10 things you get $5 off of your grocery bill (10 things, $10 off your bill, etc.). So that deal combined with our coupons we made out with a bill that was $15 off, which I was pretty proud of considering we bought a TON of stuff!

I told J that I sincerely hope that we don't have to go back to the store anytime soon! Although we are on the hunt for a good ice cream deal...ah the search continues :)

And before we headed out to the store I cleared the snow off of both cars which took about an hour and boy was I proud of myself! For me, it was a lot of snow (and ice) and both cars were virtually snow/ice free by the time I was done (even the roof!) which is big for me since I'm short and have trouble reaching everything on the car!

Sunday night after our 3+ hour grocery journey (we had to split it up and come home for dinner in between) we caught up on our latest tv obsession, "Worst Cooks in America" (love it!).
