Got Meconium?

We do! One part of the birth story I may have missed is that sweet baby was SWIMMING in meconium at birth! Swimming in it!!!! Like blew a gasket!

Fortunately they got it out of him and off of him and he was okay

He did have a pneumothorax so had to spend the first night in the NICU under observation and a lil tent. It was very small, and apparently can happen to newborns.

The second day & xray showed the one to have healed although he had another little one. And being the warrior that he is, he was 100% unphased by it.

Therefore, he could be admitted into the newborn nursery which = rooming in with his proud parents! yippee!
