Baby-sitting!

So we just got back from our first time baby-sitting our 7 month nephew! My brother in law and his wife made us some yummy baked ziti in return for us watching the baby and we were able to take the rest home, so we can heat it up in the oven for dinner over the next few days! Very nice!
In other news, we found out tonight that the movers won't get here until Monday!!! WHAT! After a bout of frustration though, I am okay with it. They will be here between 7-9am. Not the best time for people who need to get to work and have to deal w/ a moving truck in the parking lot but I guess they'll work it out. So I'll just take the car and hubby will be home bound until I get home at 5:15. I feel bad because I really want to be able to help with the move and with the placement of furniture and unpacking of boxes (although I'm sure the unpacking will take a while anyway lol). But we're going to go over our floor plan tomorrow and then if things don't work out like we thought when they move stuff in, we can just move it later. Just saddens me that I've been waiting so long for our stuff to get here and when it finally does, I won't be able to be here to help out. Oh well, such is life. Luckily hubby will be able to direct everything and get a head start on unpacking and organizing.
We also made another dry run to work today - this was an alternate route that the GPS suggested and it turns out that its about 3 minutes shorter! I'll be trying that route next week for sure!
