I absolutely cannot believe that you are 3 months old today! My oh my how you've grown! It feels like yesterday they were pulling you out and I heard your first cry!
Now we wake up to your babbles and chatter every morning! And when we first lay our eyes on you, your whole face lights up with a HUUUUUGE grin, greeting us and the day with energy, enthusiasm and a zest for life.
That's you LC, you have the most zest for life of anyone I have ever known!
You smile more in a day than some people do in weeks I'm sure!
I spend parts of our days together smiling at you and taking your picture as you smile back and coo and babble.
You are now starting to outgrow your 3 month clothes - you are a long lean growin' machine I tell ya!
Your prefold cloth diapers fit much better (and are super absorbant especially with a soaker thrown in for good measure).
You LOVE being changed now - you smile and coo on the changing table every day! A great way to say thank you for putting a new clean dipe on!
You eat like a champ - once a night you wake up for a meal and promptly fall back asleep when your belly is full.
Your bedtime routine is down pat with nursing, rocking, story, swaddle, paci, and out like a light you go!
Mommy and Papa are so proud of you and all the growing that you've been doing. Filling out those chubby legs, that Buddah belly, those round rosy cheeks, and that BIIIIG grin that you share with everyone you meet!
You are not shy little one, no you are not. You smile and coo at everyone, looking up at them with your bright inquisitive eyes, studying their face, memorizing their voice.
You know your Mommy and Papa like the back of your hand - turning your head to our voices, smiling at us every chance you get, even if you know we've had a bad day! We look over and there you are, gazing at us with a smile on your face.
You let Mommy cut your fingernails and only cry out for a quick second when one of them gets clipped a little too short (oops!).
You love your paci and being half swaddled for sleepytime.
You sat in your bumbo seat for the first time this month! And your friend 'mr. lion rattle' keeps you happy as you practice sitting :)
You lift your head and chest high during tummy time and gaze and giggle at yourself in the mirror.
You are my little spartan, just like Mommy was her Daddy's little spartan. Our little miracle, a blessing we get to see and live with every single day.
Mommy and Papa love you LC...to the moon and back!
Keep giving us those biiiig smiles, babbling, and soon, laughter!
